I have release a new version of the Demo (V 3.5) with some improvements:

Here's the change log: 

• Limited FPS to 60 to avoid astronomic fps on fast systems
• Improved usability on Inventory / Closes if you click outside
• Improved usability of tutorial windows / modal to avoid overlay of windows
• Increased walk and run speed of the players.
• Main Menu shows now the version (Demo / Full) and version number
• Added some more specific reactions on use interactions
• Some GFX and animations improved
